Note: We recommend restarting your computer before running the update. This prevents antivirus programs from locking any HIP files during installation.
You can download the most recent version of the Home Inspector Pro program by going to the Home Inspector Pro web site and log in at the top of the page using your user name and password.
Once logged in, click on the 'User Menu' at the top of the page, then click on the option for 'Downloads'.
You can then download the most recent version to your computer. The installer will be located in your computer's Downloads folder. Make sure your current copy of Home Inspector Pro is closed before running the Home Inspector Pro update, then follow the steps of the updater to complete the installation.
**FOR MAC USERS**
Your Mac computer's security preferences may prevent the Home Inspector Pro installer from launching due to the fact that it wasn't downloaded from the Apple App Store. To bypass this, simply right click on the installer, click Open and click Open on the window that pops up.
