• Multiple Inspectors Per Appointment Functionality:
  • We added an option when creating an order on the backend (not public facing) which is to "Select Additional Inspector(s)." You can add 1 or more inspectors from your company to an order.
  • We have added two new variables: $TeamInspectors and $TeamInspectorsEmailAddress. 
    • $TeamInspectors lists the names of all the inspectors (comma separated)
    • $TeamInspectorsEmailAddress lists all of their email addresses (comma-separated) and can be used in the To/CC/BCC fields when sending emails out.
  • The primary inspector can be changed out if needed and replaced with another team member. 
  • Each additional inspector will be able to see the order in their own office account
  • Each additional inspector's calendar will show the order as it does for the primary inspectors.
• The Order List screen is now customizable!
  • Click the Eye icon on the top right to open up the list of columns. You can add/remove columns from the order view of your account.
  • Drag and drop column headers on the Order List view to rearrange the order view.
• The Evergreen program with appointments has been launched and can be enabled under Integrations. Once it's on, your customers have the option to schedule an appointment for 1 on1 moving concierge services. You as the inspector can earn up to $450 in commissions on each order (varies depending on how many services the client signs up for).
