- AI Email Generation/Modifications added to the email templates view. You can now feed the AI a prompt and it'll help you write emails, and automatically insert variables into the email template. Make sure to review for correctness before saving and using live.
- Email Quotes - You can now start and order and send it out as a Quote instead of creating an order. Once the quote has been accepted you can convert it into an actual order.
- New $OrderCreationDate variable - works for every email template except Create Pending Order trigger. This variable is used to call up the date the order was created for you to use within templates.
- Inspector-Specific Services - You can now specify certain inspectors for certain types of jobs. For example, if only one inspector on your team can do sewer scopes, it'll be his/her schedule that will show.
- HIP Office Lite dashboard now updates to show live data (fees, contract signatures, etc)
- Inspector column is hidden (does not show up) in the order list view, or the order wizard in a single inspector company. This will clean up the view for single inspector firms.
- Company Tax Id is added as label - Tax ID in the company screen (addition or edit). We have added a variable as well in the invoice, contract, and email templates - $CompanyTaxID
