Each InspectionSupport.Net (ISN) user has a user name, password, and company key for the ISN system. This user name and password was assigned to you for use with the ISN system.

Your ISN login details are stored in your Home Inspector Pro license, so this information will need to be reentered if a new user license is loaded in the software.

If you are unsure of your ISN user name, password, or company key, please contact ISN Support to verify your login information. This login information is used in the Home Inspector Pro desktop program and the HIP Mobile app (on Android and iPad/iPhone).

In the Home Inspector Pro desktop application:

  1. Go to the Internet menu, then select ISN Login Information.
  2. Enter your ISN user name, password, and company key,
  3. Click OK.

To confirm your login information was properly entered:

  • Go to the Internet menu, then select Import Data from ISN.

If a list of scheduled inspections is displayed, this indicates your user name and password was entered correctly. If an error message indicating 'Please verify your ISN Login credentials.' is displayed, repeat the steps to re-enter your user name and password. If the problem continues, please contact ISN Support to confirm your login details.
