If you get 'accord32' not found when trying to Generate Report then you do not have Adobe Reader installed. Adobe Reader is needed by the program to show you the PDF report that you've created.
Even if you have the full Adobe Acrobat installed Home Inspector Pro requires Adobe Reader due to the the fact that the full Adobe Acrobat takes 20-30 seconds to start up on most machines. You can have both programs installed at the same time without a problem.
To install Adobe Reader click on http://get.adobe.com/reader/ to download the program. Click Open or Run once it's done to install the program. Then you will be able to successfully generate a report.
