Some users have reported trouble with the Attach to E-mail option in Adobe Acrobat Reader, it's been somewhat hit or miss with a number of different clients. The alternative is to create a shortcut on your Desktop that goes to the Client Reports folder so you can manually attach your reports.
To create the shortcut, follow these steps:
1. Minimize your program so you can see your Desktop.
2. Right-click on your Home Inspector Pro icon and select 'Open File Location'. This will open your Home Inspector Pro folder.
3. In the list of folders, right-click on your Client Reports folder and click on Send To, then Desktop (Shortcut). The menu will then disappear.
If you close the window, you will now have a shortcut on your Desktop that goes directly to your Client Reports folder.
