To add a List in your comments from any report section, make sure the Edit Comments button is indented, and the comment tools are showing in a column on the left.
Click on the Add button to bring up the window to enter comments. You can also double click on any comment to bring up this window.
On the top left corner, click on the Edit Lists button to bring up another window that allows you to add and edit Lists.
In this window, you have the ability to create and edit Lists to use within your comments. The left column creates and sorts lists, while the right column adds content to whichever List that is selected.
Click OK to save your changes, and you'll be brought back to the comment editing window.
Click on the Insert List button to bring up a selector to choose Lists to be inserted in the comment. Click OK to finalize the insertion.
