The Address Book in Home Inspector Pro allows you to manage your contact information for Real Estate Agents.

To add a new agent, click on the Add New Agent button on the left side to pull up a new blank contact page. All fields are optional. You can fill in as much information as needed.

The agent's email is especially important to fill in, as that will be the default email the report can be sent to if the agent requests it.

There is a notes field towards the bottom of the page, which allows you to make notes on that agent that are only seen by you.

Click Save to save the contact you created.



Under the Client Info tab, there is a drop down box for the Real Estate Agent. This list contains all of the agent contacts that you have created. This feature makes it easy for you to send the report to both the client and agent.
