So you're on our mobile app and noticed the tap or double tap on comments stopped working and now show a checkmark next to it instead of the color you set to identify a deficiency or completion.
We've found this has something to do with an accessibility setting being turned on via the phone settings. The solution can be found below:
On your Android Settings , swipe/click to and tap Accessibility.
In the accessibility menu, you should see an option for High Contrast Text which you'll want to be sure is turned OFF.
Once this is turned off, you should be back to normal.
