Steps
Step 1: Open the Comment Library
From the Template Editor header, click Comment Library.
Step 2: Start the Import
If the library is empty, click Import Comments from Templates in the center of the screen.
If comments already exist, click Options (top-right corner) and select Import Comments from Templates.
Step 3: Select Templates
In the modal, choose one or more published templates to import comments from.
Step 4: How to Merge Identical Comments When Duplicates Exist
If you have identical comments, you can merge them. Simply check Merge Identical Comments to automatically combine duplicate comments with the same title and description.
Step 5: Import and Monitor Progress
Click Begin Import to begin.
A progress bar will display the import status until complete.
