How to add Summary photos in HIP Mobile

While performing an inspection in HIP Mobile (Inspect tab), double-click a comment to send it to the summary; it will appear in red. Then use the icons shown below to take a new photo or add an existing one to that section. The photo will be included in the summary along with the comment you double-clicked.

If you want to add a photo without linking it to a comment, go to the desired section, take the picture, and tap the paper icon on the right side to turn it red. This sends the photo to the summary.

To review the full summary, tap the same paper icon on the first page of the Inspect tab

How to add Summary photos in HIP Desktop

To add photos on desktop, go to Photos > Add / Review Photos and click the image icon to select a photo from your device. Make sure you have selected a location and section, then check the "Summary" option.

While reviewing your report, if you want to add or edit a comment linked to a photo, go to the desired section and make sure both the comment and the photo are marked for the summary
