Print Settings Window No Longer Appears When Generating a Report

Steps to re-enable the Print Settings window in HIP Desktop when it no longer shows before generating a report.

Issue

When clicking Generate Report in HIP Desktop, the Print Settings window does not appear.

Resolution

  1. Click Report Settings in the top menu bar of HIP Desktop.

  2. Select Section Colors & Print Order.
    ​

  3. In the Print Settings window, check the box for Show Print Options Before Generating Report.

  4. Click Close.

The Print Settings window will now appear again each time you click Generate Report.
