Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: Download the .tpz file from the email or website and save to a location on your PC that is easy to find (Desktop, Documents, Downloads, etc.)

Step 2: Locate the file in your file system. Right Click and choose Copy.

Step 3: In your file system, browse to the Home Inspector Pro Folder. In Windows, the Default Location is C:\Program Files (x86)\Home Inspector Pro. On a Mac, you will find it in \Documents\Home Inspector Pro.

Step 4: Inside the Home Inspector Pro folder, locate the Data Folder. Paste the .tpz file into the Data folder. In Windows, right click in some white space to bring up the menu. On a Mac, you can right click the Data folder to bring up the menu to Paste.

Step 5: Your template can now be opened by clicking Open Template in HIP Desktop.
