There is now the ability to reset or change your password from HIP Office.
Step by Step Instructions
Resetting Your Password
Step 1: Browse to the HIP Office website at https://hipoffice.homeinspectorpro.com/
Step 2: Click the link for Forgot Username/Password.
Step 3: Enter your HIP Username or Email address and click Recover Password
You will receive an email with a link to change your password.
Changing Your Password
Step 1: After logging into HIP Office, click on your name and then View Profile.
Step 2: On the Profile Page, click Update Password.
Step 3: Enter the new details and click Update.
