This template bundle contains the setup data and PDF form fill templates for the full NPMA-33 pest/WDO inspection form, and the WDO Addendum. Both forms pull their information from the same set of fields, though the WDO Addendum is only a subset of the full NPMA-33 form.

Note: The use of this template requires the use of Home Inspector Pro version 6.8.6 or later.
NPMA-33 Inspection File for Merging with Your Existing Template
If you would like to add the NPMA-33 forms to your current template, you can use the inspection file below.
To merge the file with your template:
Save the NPMA-33 Inspection File to your local computer.
In Home Inspector Pro Desktop, click Open Template, then select the template you would like to add the form to.
Go to File > Import/Merge Another Inspection.
Select the npma-33-v1.3a.hzf file and click Open.
The NPMA-33 items will be added under a menu labeled Merged Inspection 1.
Click Edit Template in the button bar.
Double-click on Merged Inspection 1, then rename the menu item with a new name, such as NPMA-33.
Click Done.
Save your template by clicking Save Template, then click Save.
If you have previously loaded the template bundle before merging the inspection into your normal template, you will receive a message prompting to overwrite the files. Click to confirm This is the same file as the one inside the Documents Vault for each of the files.
