Canceling an Order in HIP Office

This article covers canceling an order in HIP Office and submitting a refund.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: In HIP Office, browse to Orders-View Orders.

Step 2: Click the cancellation icon for the order you need to cancel.

Step 3: Confirm the cancellation.

Step 4: If you would like to charge a cancellation fee, you will have the opportunity to do so. Once done, click Refund and Cancel or Cancel Without Refund.

Step 5: Confirm the cancellation fee and refund.

Step 6: Enter a cancellation reason and click Proceed.

The order will now show as canceled in the View Orders list. To ensure the refund has been processed successfully, check the order's payment history or audit trail within the HIP interface.
