Using Forgot Password
Step 1: From the Home Inspector Pro site, click Login at the top right corner of the website. Click on Forgot Username or Password.
Step 2: Enter your email address to receive a temporary password for your account and hit Submit. Use the temporary password to log into your account on our website.
Setting a New Password
Step 1: Once logged in on the website, click on your name in the top right corner and hit My Profile.
Step 2: On the Edit Your Details page, you will be able to set your password. Password and Verify Password should be the new password you would like. Current Password will be the password you are changing from.
Step 3: Click Update at the bottom of the page once you finish to save your new password.
