Accessing past reports can be useful and required at times. You have access to all of the reports you have uploaded through the HIP Cloud, HIP Office Lite or HIP Office. This applies to users with an active HIP Office or HIP Office Lite subscription.
Note: HIP Cloud was the previous report storage system used before HIP Office. If you're unsure which system your older reports were uploaded through, check both locations.
For HIP Office/Lite reports (recent):
Select Orders > View Reports to display a list of orders that have uploaded reports.
Each report row shows a PDF icon and an HTML icon on the right side. Click either icon to open that version of the report in your browser."
For Legacy HIP Cloud reports (older)
Select Orders > View Previous HIP Office Inspection Reports to display a list of orders that have uploaded reports.
Troubleshooting
Report not appearing in View Reports? It may have been uploaded through HIP Cloud — check View Pre-HIP Office Inspection Reports instead.
Neither location shows the report? Contact support; reports uploaded before a certain date may require manual retrieval.
