The HIP Mailbox has the list of scheduled emails and emails that have already been sent. You can use the mailbox to review emails to ensure they have been sent. You can also use the Mailbox to Edit or Cancel scheduled emails.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: In HIP Office, click on the mail Icon at the top of the page and then click Go to mailbox.
Step 2: Select the option for viewing scheduled emails or Sent emails. Scheduled emails that have not been queued for sending can be edited or cancelled.
Step 3: To Edit a scheduled email, click on the email and then scroll to the bottom. If the email is still able to be edited, you will see an Edit button. Click Edit and make your changes then click Save.
Step 4: To cancel a scheduled email, click Cancel this Scheduled Email. Confirm on the next screen that you would like to cancel.
Step 5: To send any scheduled email immediately instead of waiting out until the scheduled send time, click Send Now and confirm to send.
Troubleshooting
Common Issues
My Scheduled Email does not have an Edit or Cancel button. Scheduled emails can only be modified up to around half an hour before the scheduled time for sending. If you believe you will occasionally need to edit any of your emails, you should add a delay for sending on the email to allow yourself the time to edit.
