Quick Notes

Note: Your stationary file must be a PDF that is in standard 8.5 x 11 inch letter page size. The file should be saved in and added from a location on your computer where it will not be accidentally moved or deleted. We recommend using the Cover Page Designs folder inside your Home Inspector Pro Folder.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Click on Report Settings->Stationary

Step 2: To add a stationary file for the cover page, click the top Browse button. To add a Stationary file for the Body Pages of the report, click the bottom Browse button.

Step 3: Select your stationary file from its saved location on your computer and click Open.

Now when you generate your reports, the stationary design will be applied to your reports.

Step 4: As with any template change you need to Save your Template and fully sync with mobile.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues

Error “Stationary File has been moved or deleted”. This error will pop up when the location set for the file in Report Settings->Stationary changes. You will need to re-add the stationary from its current location.
