Resending an email may be needed if the client or agent does not receive an email or if sending to more parties is required. The steps below will work for both HIP Office and HIP Office Lite.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: In HIP Office, click on Orders and then View Orders.
Step 2: Click on the Order number for the email you would like to resend.
Step 3: Click on the Email Tab under Order Details.
Step 4: Browse the Email List and click on Resend under the email you wish to resend. If the Email trigger has not been activated, the Button will say Send Now. This allows you to send the email immediately instead of waiting for the email trigger, or manually if you do not have autosend turned on for the email.
Step 5: Confirm the email Send To and, Subject, and Body and hit Resend on the email template and confirm. You may add and remove addresses if needed.

Common Issues
I have resent, but the client/agent does not receive the email. Confirm the recipient addresses. If there are any that are incorrect, you must first correct the email for Clients or Agent in Data Management->Clients or Data Management->Agents before you resend.
