Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Browse to the Section and Subsection for which you wish to add a comment with a clickable link. You may add a new comment or double click a current comment to bring up the comment editor.

Step 2: Click the link button on the toolbar.

Step 3: In the top line Labeled “Name”, type the text you want to show for the link. In the bottom line labeled “Link”, type or paste (Use CTRL+ v) the full link to the webpage.

Step 4: Your comment will now be formatted as a link. Click OK.

In the report, the link will be clickable and mousing over the link will show the destination link.

As with any change to the comments, remember to save your template and fully sync the saved template to your mobile device once you are finished with your edits.
