Quick Notes

Note: When editing a photo, once you click Save it is permanent. The image will then be permanently set with any edits you have made. Be sure you are happy with the Edits BEFORE you click save.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: In HIP Desktop, click Photos and then Add/Review Photos.

Step 2: To Edit any photo, click the Edit Icon in the Photo Panel for the photo you wish to edit.

Step 3: Choose an option from the Editing toolbar.

Step 4: To use drawing or text tools. Click and release then draw and then click and release to finish. If you need to redraw there is an Undo button available. You can change colors using the color chooser as well.

Step 5: Once you are finished with your edits click Save and Exit Editing. Note: Changes will be made permanent!

Troubleshooting

Common Issues

Unable to draw on photo: Be sure not to use Click->Drag->Release. Instead use Click & Release->Drag->Click & Release. There have also been some reported issues using wireless mice. If you are still having issues, try using a wired mouse.
