Note: The Cover Page Designs that come with HIP Desktop are built to use a round logo image.

Note: Resizing for uploaded logos is limited. The Recommended size is 500x500 pixels.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: In HIP Desktop, browse to Report Settings->Company Logo

Step 2: Click Add Logo. (If replacing a logo, you first click Remove Logo)

Step 3: Select your logo file from your PC file browser and click open. Compatible formats are jpeg and png.

Step 4: To use your logo, browse to Report Settings->Cover Page Designer and tick the box in the top left for Company Logo. You can drag and drop to place or use the slider to resize.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues

Unable to resize past 2nd notch: Resizing uploaded logos is limited. If you need more leeway in resizing, you can add the logo directly to the cover page using the Add Image button.

FAQ

Can I change/get rid of the circle area on the Cover Designs that come with the software? No. That space is part of the image background and can’t be edited.
