Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the HIP Mobile app.

Step 2: On the Manage tab, create a new inspection file for the inspection you are working on. Give it a filename, in the “Name the Inspection” field.

Note: The date will be added to what you put in that field automatically.

Step 3: This will take you to the Inspect Tab.

Step 4: You’ll then want to move to the Client Info Tab.

Step 5: Tap on the Put Cover Photo Here button.

Step 6: It will ask if you want to add a picture from the device's gallery, or if you want to take a new picture.

Step 7: Tap on the Camera button, it will give you the device camera window.

Step 8: Frame as you like, then click the shutter button. It will give you the picture approval screen. If it is good, click on OK or Use Photo.

Note: We do suggest taking the picture in Landscape or left to right instead of Portrait as it fits the Cover Pages best.

Step 9: The photo will take over the button from before.

Step 10: The picture will then show in Photos->Add/Review Photos/Photo Tab 1/Slot 1.
