Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: In a web browser like Edge, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari go to http://hipoffice.homeinspectorpro.com.
Step 2: Use your HIP Credentials (Username and password) created when the account was created.
Step 3: Once you are at your main screen or Dashboard, you’ll want to browse to Settings\Company.
Step 4: Click the edit button to the right of the company.
Step 5: Change the information that needs to be changed.
The bellow fields are required:
Company Name
Owner Name
Company Email Address
Company Phone Number
Address
Country
State
City
Zip Code
Step 6: Once done, click on the Update Company button.
Step 7: Click on your name in the top right corner, then on View Profile.
Step 8: Scroll down and click on Edit.
Step 9: Here you can change the Name, Email, Phone, and Home Inspector License Number fields. Then click Save.
Step 10: You’ll also want to make sure the Your Address area is set correctly. Click on Your Address at the top of the screen. Then enter your address in the search field. Then click Save when everything is correct.
Step 11: Go to the HIP Software on your Windows or Mac computer. Click on Edit, then Company Information.
Step 12: Click on Load License.
Note: You’ll probably get a box saying No new licenses found. Existing licenses have already been loaded. This is okay as you are just updating the information. Click OK.
