Note: This is a lot easier if you know your way around the device App Store. If you do just search Home Inspector Pro Mobile and the app should come up for install. The guide will cover the App stores and include screenshots to help navigate if you are unsure.

Note: HIP Mobile requires an active HIP Office Lite or HIP Office subscription. (Trial includes HIP Office)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Access the App Store on your device.

Step 2: Use the Search Function in the app store to search for Home Inspector Pro Mobile

Step 3: Click on the Home Inspector Pro Mobile Icon.

Step 4: Click the Download or Install button.

Step 5: Once the install is complete you can click the open button to access HIP Mobile.

Step 6: When prompted Allow HIP Mobile Access to the Camera. (Required for taking photos in app)

Step 7: When Prompted Allow use of Microphone. (required for capturing videos in app and for voice to text)

Step 8: Log in on the HIP Mobile App.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues: HIP Mobile does not appear after searching or shows as unavailable. This indicates that the device operating system version is not compatible with HIP Mobile.
