Signing Up For a HIP Trial

This article covers the process for signing up for the HIP Free Trial period.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: In a web browser, go to https://www.homeinspectorpro.com

Step 2: If you already have a HIP username and password, click the Login Button in the top right area of the Webpage and login with your credentials.(If you do not have a username or password with HIP yet, you will create one during the subscription process and you may skip this step.)

Step 3: Click on Pricing/Buy in the Navigation Bar

Step 4: Click the Let’s Get Started Button under the free trial section.

Step 5: Click the Sign-Up and Subscribe button. (If you have already logged in, it will only say Subscribe)

Step 6: Fill out the required information to create a new user account. (If you have already signed in, you will not see this page and can skip to the next step. If you already have an account and see this screen, please log in first before continuing.)

Step 7: Verify subscription information and click continue.

Step 8: Verify contact information and hit next.

Step 9: Fill in address information and click next.

Step 10: Click the Subscribe button to finish signing up for the free trial.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues:

Email already in use: This indicates you have already signed up for a user account with HIP. Login using those credentials. If you need help with username or password, contact support.

After Subscribing, unable to log in or no license found error when logging in: Contact Support

FAQ

Does the free trial require a credit card? No. The free trial sign up does not require a payment method to be on file.

Does the Free Trial have any limitations? No. The Free Trial has no limitations and is a full trial of the HIP Desktop and Mobile Software Suite as well as the HIP Office Platform.

When converting to a paid subscription, will I lose any reports or templates created in the free trial? No. All of your data will still be available when you choose to continue with the paid version.
